﻿功能:判断矩阵是否相等

格式:IsEqu(a1,a2,a3,……,an,Error)

说明:a1,a2,a3,……,an为矩阵变量,Error为误差控制绝对值（对应元素相减的绝对值小于等于此值则表示一致）,默认为1E-16.程序最后返回一个n*n的方阵,如果元素(i,j)为1则表示ai、aj矩阵想等,否则不相等.
